Nope. Whether you’re brand new, returning after a long break, or already practicing, everything is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

You get to choose. Lessons and practices are short and flexible, so you can learn in small pockets of time and move at a pace that fits your life.

Not yet. Yoga Alliance registration is voluntary, and you can still teach without it. We may apply in the future.

That’s normal - and expected. Nothing expires. You can pause or slow down anytime, with full access as long as your account is active.

Most students finish in about 10 months, though you’re welcome to move at your own pace once all the modules drip (6 months minimum; at $50/month that's $300). After you graduate, your certification is yours to keep, and studios you want to teach for can verify it digitally or by emailing us. You can stay on as a member for $50/month indefinitely to host your website, online courses, email marketing and more (optional upgrades available), with your only required extra being a domain — usually around $20/year. And as long as you're a member, you still get our support for troubleshooting and questions as they come up!
